Research On The Development Of New Agricultural Management Entities In Shangqiu

The development of new agricultural management entities is the strategy of the Party Central Committee in the development trend of the current rural economy and the upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure.Since the "new agricultural management system" was put forward in 2013,the state has been emphasizing the new agricultural operation subject in the central No.1 document for 4 years.The important means of the normal state is the key to the transformation of the mode of agricultural operation.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the development of the new agricultural management entities is one of the important measures to accelerate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Shangqiu is a big agricultural city in Henan Province,and actively excavates the development potential of the new agricultural management entities.It has great meaning for improving the income of farmers in Shangqiu,consolidating the status of the main body of agriculture,the process of agricultural modernization,promoting the process of agricultural supply side reform,and promoting the harmonious development of the society.In recent years,the advantages of new agricultural management entities in Shangqiu City have gradually emerged.The number of family farms and agricultural professional cooperatives has gradually increased;the leading agricultural enterprises have grown stronger;the influence of agricultural products brands has increased;the scale of green and pollution-free bases has continuously expanded,and the development of green agriculture is in good shape;the industrialization of agriculture and the trend of scale have become increasingly significant.However,due to restrictions on factors such as land,human resources,and economic level,the number of high-quality agricultural products is small,and all aspects of agricultural production and management have not yet been integrated and intensified.The driving force of new agricultural management entities still needs to be strengthened,and the level of specialization has not yet reached expectations.The goal is to continue to work hard in realizing the city ' s agricultural modernization and rejuvenating the rural construction.Therefore,taking Shangqiu City's new agricultural management entities as the research object has certain practical significance.In view of the above,combined with relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,through field research,questionnaires,and case study methods,we conducted research on the basis of labor migration theory,land property rights theory,scale economy theory,specialization,and labor division theory.Through the description and analysis of the development status of various new agricultural management entities in Shangqiu City,it is believed that the current development trend of family farms,farmer professional cooperatives,and leading agricultural enterprises in Shangqiu City is good.It is increasing the income of farmers,driving poverty-stricken households out of poverty,and promoting green agriculture.Development and other aspects have achieved certain results,but in the process of development,they also face problems such as low land transfer efficiency,difficulty in raising funds,and imperfect agricultural socialization service systems.These issues include improving the mechanism for land transfer and strengthening financial support.Improve agricultural socialization service system and other aspects to make recommendations.The possible innovations of this paper mainly lie in the comprehensive study of the development of the new agricultural management entities in Shangqiu City,and proposes targeted proposals for the problems in their development,and they are innovative and have a certain degree of innovation.The development of a good new agricultural management entities has a certain reference value.
