Research On Working Capital Management Of ACEG Building Materials Company Based On Supply Chain Perspective

Working capital as the flow of the blood of the enterprise,it has always been an important link in the financial management of enterprises.With the continuous development of China's market economy,More and more companies are finding the importance of working capital to the enterprise,the capital chain rupture is fatal to the production and operation of enterprises.If the enterprise can manage working capital better,to put their hands capital to produce more value and more faster,they will take the initiative in market.However,the traditional working capital management theory is to separate the working capital project separately from the analysis,so the conclusion is not very effective to the real activities manipulation of enterprises.The research theory put forward a new idea to study the operation fund management of enterprises that combine supply chain theory and working capital management theory.As a link in the supply chain,the company's working capital is closely related to the business process of upstream and downstream enterprises.The theory of working capital management based on supply chain introduces supply chain theory into working capital management theory,the corresponding working capital at each link of the supply chaint will take targeted management measures,to improve the enterprise's working capital management and capital flow appreciation ability,and maximize the value of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the case of ACEG,the working capital management of ACEG is analyzed by the theory of working capital management on the perspective of supply chain,find out the existing problems,from the supply chain point of view,the author puts forward some rationalization proposals..This article is composed of six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,introduce the research background and significance.and then Then review and summarize the domestic and foreign research on working capital management.Based on this,the author's research ideas and methods of the whole article are formed,and the innovation points are put forward.The second chapter describes the concepts and theories of working capital,supply chain and supply chain working capital.The third chapter introduces ACEG building materials company as the case,introduces the basic situation and operating condition of ACEG building materials company,and then analyzes the current situation of the working capital based on the supply chain.In chapter four,the performance of ACEG enterprise's working capital management is analyzed from the perspective of supply chain,and puts forward the problems of its working capital management.The fifth chapter puts forward the rationalization proposal from the management of supply chain operation to the operation capital of ACEG building materials company.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion of this paper,puts forward the shortcomings of this paper,and makes a prospect for the future research.The innovation point of this paper is to introduce supply chain theory into working capital management theory,learn from domestic and foreign research results,ACEG building materials company as the actual case,From the perspective of supply chain operation fund management theory to analyze the current situation of ACEG's working capital.Combine theory with practice to make Suggestions on the operation capital management of ACEG company,the research result have strong theoretical value and practical significance.At the same time,through the study of literature found that academic classes for building materials industry of the company's working capital management case study is less,there are fewer working capital management studies on supply chain management theory,so the research has reference significance for similar enterprises,this paper has certain novelty.
