Around with the rapid development of logistics industry in recent years,logistics park is also rising fast investment growth,all kinds of production and circulation enterprises,logistics companies,such as real estate enterprises,e-commerce enterprises and investors to join investment construction.The number of logistics parks is growing rapidly,and the market competition has become more and more heated.Under the condition of fierce market competition,an enterprise want to have a great development,it must have the talent,technology,information and resources for support,including personnel diathesis on enterprise development plays an inestimable role.In the face of globalization,high quality,efficient work system challenge,training is more important,so how to effectively evaluate the effect of employee training is a must focus on one of the most important link.But now most of the enterprise training effect evaluation system is imperfect,the effect of training cannot achieve optimization,establish a scientific and reasonable training effect evaluation system is in the process of enterprise development in the future have to face a huge challenge.This article first to through to the domestic and foreign scholars to study the literature on training effect evaluation system,this paper expounds the management of human resources training,and employee training effect evaluation theory,analyzes the logistics enterprise management characteristics and the importance of human resources training,and today the problems existing in the training effect evaluation of logistics enterprises.Then the existing training effect evaluation system of WY company is analyzed and summarized to find out its problems and shortcomings.With WY company staff training as the research object,to the enterprise comprehensive analysis of the existing training system and training evaluation,combined with the enterprise development planning and the management goal,formulate reasonable training evaluation indicators,through the questionnaire,job performance evaluation,interview,test method to assess training effect,thereby improve WY company staff training effect evaluation system,to ensure the training to achieve the desired effect.Training effect evaluation is very necessary,in the hope that through the perfect WY company staff training effect evaluation system,can improve the quality of WY company staff training and working ability of the staff,to make it up to now better daily work and tasks of the future.
