With the aggravation of the market competition and the development of the globalization,the competition among enterprises is not only the enterprise of a department or a few departments of the competition,the entire value chain,but on the basis of the core ability of competition,there is difference advantage throughout the value chain of the competition.In order to maintain competitive advantage,enterprises should maintain the advantages of certain strategic links in the value chain.Among them,how to design and create a better value delivery system to achieve customer goals will be the foothold of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage.Industrial film industry is a high-tech industry in recent years,the key support of the state,dramatically expanding the operation scale constantly demand for new demand growth and bring new application driven industrial film manufacturers;from the last 10 years since the electronic market intelligence products high growth actively pull the overall development of industrial film industry,making the industry to flourish the development of.Through the research,we discuss the evolution of L company's sales and the development of the whole company.From the change of the market to the change of L company,we can see that the market is changing rapidly,while L company is coming from the wind and rain of the market,adapting to the survival of the fittest in the current economic market,unsuitable for elimination,and relying on its own development and change,and relying on its own strength to stand the footsteps of the market.In addition,through the theoretical analysis of market competition theory,market value theory and sales agent theory,the development and evolution process of L company's sales channels are deeply analyzed.Finally,through the analysis of market industry prospects,effective suggestions for the development of L company are put forward.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the domestic film industry strategy and its corresponding national market environment,explore and mining countermeasures with core competitiveness,introduce advanced business philosophy,for the enterprise how to effective sustainable development path in the fierce competition in the future research suggestions were proposed.
