Research Of City's New District Sustainable Development Evaluation Based On Symbiosis Theory

At present,China's urbanization level continues to improve,but with a number of urban diseases,such as the employment situation is grim,housing difficulties,traffic congestion,air pollution is increasingly serious.How to achieve sustainable development in cities becomes an important issue for urban managers to solve urgently.In this paper,the Pudong New Area of Shanghai is taken as an example.By introducing the theory of symbiosis derived from biology into the evaluation of urban sustainable development,this paper is based on population subsystem,economic subsystem,social subsystem,environmental subsystem,resource subsystem,science and technology Subsystems of urban symbiosis system,and the establishment of urban sustainable development evaluation index system.Through the selection of specific data in Shanghai Pudong New Area for specific analysis.Respectively,from the comprehensive level of urban sustainable development and urban sustainable development coordination to the sustainable development of Shanghai Pudong New Area comprehensive evaluation.And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.There are four components in addition to the introduction and summary and outlook.The second chapter is the basic theory of urban sustainable development evaluation.This chapter first introduces the related concepts of symbiosis theory from three aspects: the basic concept of symbiosis theory,the type and characteristics of symbiosis and the theoretical framework of symbiosis.Secondly,it introduces the connotation of sustainable development of the city.The third chapter is the evaluation system of urban symbiosis system and sustainable development.This paper introduces the composition,elements,characteristics and structure of urban symbiosis system.And constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development.The fourth chapter is an empirical study on the sustainable development of urban areas in Pudong New Area,Shanghai.First of all,a brief introduction to the basic situation of Shanghai Pudong New Area.And then comprehensively appraises the comprehensive level of sustainable development of urban symbiosis system and the coordination degree of sustainable development in Shanghai Pudong New Area,and pointed out the problems,The main problem lies in the lack of symbiotic ideas,symbiosis model is not suited to sustainable development and symbiosis unit itself flaw three aspectsThe fifth chapter is about the sustainable development of Shanghai Pudong New Area and its countermeasures..And from the population,economy,society,resources,environment and science and technology six aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.
