The carrying out of reform and opening up of China makes economics develop rapidly.China has become an important country for global foreign trading after joining WTO,and the international freight forwarding industry has got rapid development.However,the importing and exporting business deceased sharply after the financial crisis of 2008,which brought great negative impact on international freight forwarding industry.The enterprises have to adopt low-rate strategy to survive in the competitive market,and the industry competition is becoming more and more intensely.The large enterprises are dominating the market share basic on the financial strength,but the small and medium-sized freight forwarding enterprises have low competition due to the small size,weak integration and financing capacity.How to improve the competition and survive in the market with the current resources is the first thing that the small and medium-sized freight forwarding enterprises should consider.The low-rate strategy is the main strategy for enterprises to obtain the marketing share.The cost and profit of freight forwarding are reflected in the shipment,and every shipment is completed by the coordination of upstream and downstream resources in freight forwarding enterprises,so the process of reducing the price is the resources integration process.This thesis takes TC Company as an example,and analyzes its current shipments status by value chain and statistical analysis method.It is basic on the integration of resources theory,and Potter competition theory and supplier management theory.The first step that the TC Company taking is strengthening the management of suppliers and the establishment of the internal information sharing mechanisms,and the second step is integrating the shipments from the vertical and horizontal aspect,which can reduce cost and improve competitiveness and profit.In the background of the fierce competition in the freight forwarding industry,and this thesis discussed the shipments integration of the TC Company,and also talk about strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises of the freight forwarding industry through the integration of internal and external resources.Hope to provide reference suggestion for the survival and development of the freight forwarding industry enterprises.
