Research On The Benefit Distribution Mechanism Of Farmers In The Coix Seed Rice Industry Chain In Guizho

The development of "one county and one industry" characteristic industry has provided strong impetus and support for the development of modern mountainous characteristic and efficient agriculture in Guizhou,and is an important measure to promote agricultural income.Nowadays,how to promote agricultural income and rural revitalization has become the primary issue of Guizhou’s current rural development.The barley rice industry in Guizhou Province is a characteristic industry in the mountains of Guizhou,which has brought new development opportunities to the economic development of Guizhou.However,in recent years,market price fluctuations,changes in the natural environment,sluggish industrial development and other reasons have led to low efficiency and unreasonable distribution of benefits in the entire barley rice industry chain,which has greatly restricted the development of the barley rice industry.Therefore,based on the theoretical foundations of industrial chain theory,benefit distribution theory,cost-benefit theory and game theory,this paper takes the benefit distribution of barley farmers in the barley rice industry chain as the research object,analyzes the development of the barley rice industry in Guizhou,summarizes and analyzes the organizational mode of barley farmers participating in the barley rice industry chain,and the interest connection mode,and combines the data obtained by in-depth investigation of the barley rice industry chain in Guizhou.The Shapley value method and the revised Shapley value method were used to analyze the fairness of the benefit distribution in the current barley rice industry chain and the rationality of the benefit distribution pattern,and the reasons for the low distribution of barley farmers’ benefits were analyzed.It is found that:(1)At present,the interest distribution pattern in the industrial chain of barley rice in Guizhou Province is not coordinated,the interest gap of each participant in the industrial chain is large,and the profits obtained by barley farmers are far lower than those of processing enterprises and sellers,and sellers account for most of the profits.(2)The Shapley value method,which introduces three factors of risk factors,degree of participation and technical input,can significantly increase the proportion of benefits distributed by barley farmers in the barley rice industry chain.(3)The low distribution of benefits in the barley rice industry chain is due to the low degree of barley farmers’ participation in other links in the barley rice industry chain,the low level of coix farmers’ cognition,the small planting scale,as well as the weak value-added ability of the barley rice industry chain and the imperfect benefit distribution mechanism.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:(1)Improve the profitability of barley farmers.(2)Enhance the value-added ability of the barley rice industry chain.(3)Improve the benefit distribution mechanism of the barley rice industry chain.(4)From the perspective of the government,it is proposed that the market economy needs to strengthen the appropriate regulation and control of the government.To promote the fairness of the distribution of benefits in the barley rice industry chain and promote the high-quality development of the barley rice industry.
