Study On The "Last Kilometer" Logistics Problem In Rural Areas For Express Delivery Enterprises

The rapid development of e-commerce to break the traditional mode of economic behavior,but also led the development of logistics industry,express delivery industry has become an important part of the modern service industry.With the deepening of the Internet,rural areas have gradually improved the network communication environment and farmers can enjoy convenient network services.Online shopping has become a new shopping mode,thereby increasing the amount of express mail that can be rewarded in rural areas and rural logistics is very good in urban and rural areas,production and consumption are linked.However,the problem of "the last mile" has become an obstacle to the development of rural logistics.Remote rural areas,the economy is relatively backward,the logistics infrastructure services difficult.Caused by the shipment can not be delivered on time,affecting the delivery efficiency.The lack of construction and maintenance of rural logistics service information platforms,and the inability to integrate logistics information make supervision and services not well-placed.Therefore,solving the problem of the "last mile" in rural areas is the key issue.In this paper,the rural area of Jiancaoping District in Taiyuan City is taken as the research area,and the issue of "the last mile" of logistics is explored from the perspective of express delivery company.Through expatiating and researching on the rural logistics problem,this paper puts forward the mode of logistics taking convenience store as the self-serving point of delivery,and explores the distribution area and delivery route from two aspects: on the one hand,AHP method is used to construct the index System.After establishing the selection factors,the spatial analysis of rural geography data in Jiancaoping district was madeby ARCGIS,and the rural areas served by each convenience store were also divided by the method of Tyson polygon.On the other hand,the ant colony algorithm was used as the path research method,Of the express delivery to the convenience store route design,in order to solve the problem of Taiyuan Jiancaoping area rural express logistics "last mile."...
