In order to break the dual pattern of urban and rural areas and promote the integrated development of urban and rural logistics,the special action of efficient distribution between urban and rural areas points out that we should vigorously develop the network layout of postal and third party logistics(3PL)in rural areas,give full play to the advantages of third party logistics in distribution services and make the third party logistics distribution center effectively connects the urban and rural areas.Through the bidirectional distribution of materials between urban and rural areas to realize the information flow and logistics flows bilaterally between urban and rural areas and promote the efficient circulation of urban and rural materials too.However,the two-way inefficiency of urban and rural logistics is a serious restriction on the efficient distribution of urban and rural materials in China,so how to realize the reasonable and effective two-way distribution of urban and rural materials has become an urgent problem which needs to be solved.This paper studies the path optimization of urban and rural two-way logistics distribution conducted by 3PL,reducing the cost of urban and rural logistics distribution by the joint distribution of urban and rural areas with 3PL.The main contents include the following parts:(1)Through the analysis of existing situation of urban and rural logistics distribution,it is found that there are many circulation nodes in one-way distribution,which leads to the problem of increasing transportation cost and low utilization of resources such as return no-load or inefficient loading.According to the development of urban and rural logistics in China,the necessity and feasibility of the 3PL leading the two-way logistics distribution in urban and rural areas are illustrated from the external and internal environment,such as the logistics demand market environment,logistics enterprise development,government policy et.al,then the advantages of the urban and rural two-way logistics distribution conducted by 3PL are given to lay the groundwork for the following research.(2)The operation workflow of distribution in urban and rural areas conducted by 3PL is described by qualitative analysis,so is the analysis of urban and rural customers.On this basis,the problem of bidirectional distribution is described as the joint distribution service for multiple rural nodes and urban nodes provided by 3PL distribution center.Then the optimization model of urban and rural two-way logistics distribution path is constructed by taking the three goals(the total cost of distribution?the customer satisfaction?the mileage utilization rate)into account,then the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.(3)Through the case analysis of the relevant data information provided by Y Logistics company,the model above is applied to the distribution path arrangement of Y Logistics company.To get the path arrangement plan of Y Logistics company about the material distribution in urban and rural areas,it is needed to program and run the solution with MATLAB R2016 a.Through the change of parameters,it is found that the increase of cost is related to many factors,including the uncertainty of demand,the distance of transportation path,the size of customer service time window and so on.Compared with fuzzy demand,the transparency of supply and demand information realized under complete information can effectively reduce the transportation cost,which shows that the realization of information data exchange service in urban and rural two-way logistics distribution can effectively reduce the distribution cost.
