Research On The EPCM Management Model Of The AA Company Chemical Construction Project

Chemical construction projects are different from other ordinary civil construction projects,it has high safety indexes and production requirements,a huge investment,involved in more professional,and construction is complicated,equipment,materials and technology update quickly,at the same time in today’s economic environment,the chemical industry recession have shorten the construction period,reduce the project cost,improve project quality and reduce disputes,etc,have obvious advantages in EPCM project management mode is preferred.Based on my participation in the AA BXS chemical construction project as the background,through the analysis of the management status of AA and over the years using EPC management mode,the problems faced by the traditional project management model,finally determine BXS projects adopt the EPCM management mode.This paper respectively from the progress,cost and quality from three aspects this paper expounds the BXS project problems,and describes in detail the EPCM mode BXS project to solve these problems by using the trilateral engineering method,the fuzzy ART sourcing supplier evaluation method,the method and the effect of PDCA cycle.Finally through the analysis of the use of BXS project USES the EPCM management mode,summed up the EPCM management mode in the advantages of application of chemical construction project,in order to study and application of chemical construction project management mode in our country to make a certain contribution.
