Since 2009,China become the world's largest automobile production and sales for 9 consecutive year,and since 2013 China vehicle sales exceeded over 20 million for 5 consecutive years.Chinese vehicle industry is experiencing a stable growth period of 8%average from the past 10 year rapid growth period of 20%.At the same time,the explosion of the internet and mobile industry brought a profound impact on the strategy and development of the vehicle industry.The new business model such as sharing economic has become the new driver of the China service trade.Based on the economic ecosystem and sharing theory literature and knowledge,depth analysis Enterprise V's current advantage and disadvantage of the dealer business development,compare with European and American car dealer business finds out the domestic after car market dealers drawbacks especially the vehicle financial and financing leasing business and combined with the current domestic overcapacity,energy conservation and other related policy situation,Enterprise V car distribution business proposed to close around the enterprise symbiosis and consumption ideas,collaborative sharing concept,to construct the Internet plus customer car sales ecosystem business model and detail from the basic service vehicle(car),service owners(people),value-added services(life)three aspects were discussed.Finally,this thesis points out as the automotive industry connected with manufacturers and customers with high debt leverage,bridge high income elasticity,heavy assets of the three major characteristics of the Chinese car dealer service enterprises.By facing of the great pressure of market competition and the increasingly serious predicament,the Internet plus customer car sales ecosystem will be the new drive of the dealer sales business.Build product oriented "industrial chain" based on automobile service ecosystem to customers as the core value of the enterprise competitive,provide customers with high quality,high-intelligent marketing experience serving will help to keep the enterprise adhering force.And this thesis can make a discussion opportunity for general vehicle sales companies and dealers with learning purpose.
