Research On The Ecosphere Of Patent Operation Under The Sharing Economy

The sharing economy requires society to share idle resources for everyone.The key to its operation is to integrate various types of idle market resources through a capable platform,match and match idle resources with user needs,maximize the use of value,and optimize the allocation of resources.In recent years,patent operating agencies have continued to emerge,which has promoted the use of patents and guided the major trends in realizing the value of patents.However,looking at the current practice of patent operations in our country,we have found that the patent operating entities lack market capabilities,the quality of objects is not high,the operating platform features are not obvious,and there is a lack of close coordination between various elements,and patent operations have not yet formed a mature system.Under the general trend of sharing economy,everyone has brought new thinking and enlightenment to our country's patent operation through the model of idle resource sharing.This article analyzes the operating environment of our country's current patents,and finds that the shared economy's shared philosophy and the operating principles of the ecosystem can bring new operational ideas to the implementation and use of patents.Based on the shared operating thinking and related theories of the ecological circle,this paper designs a new patent operating ecosystem and builds a shared,open patent operating ecosystem to solve a series of patent operation problems.How to share the "idle" patent resources and match them with the market demand is the key to the construction of the ecosystem.The patented operation ecosystem has a certain circle structure and should include the internal circle of patent operations,the external circle of patent operations,and the ecosystem of the platform.The patent operator's internal ecological circle includes the main ecological circle and the object ecological circle.Throughout the entire ecosystem of patent operations,the elements of each ecological community are mutually beneficial.The main body of this article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is a review of literature research at home and abroad.It mainly summarizes the domestic and international theoretical literature that is closely related to the main body of this article.The second chapter describes the basic theory of sharing economy model and patent operation.In the basic elements of the concept of the elaboration of the analysis of the coordination and conflict between the sharing economy and the patent operation,combing the relationship between the shared economy and the patent operation ecosystem,to bring the basic theoretical support for the construction of the patent operation ecosystem.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of China's patent operation under the sharing economy.The internal environment and external environment of the patent operation were separately elaborated.At present,there are many problems in our country's patent operations,and we have not formed a mature patent operation ecosystem.This provides a corresponding basis for solving the current status of patent operations through the establishment of a patented operation ecosystem.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates how to conceive the design patent operation ecosystem.This section introduces the basic ecological theory and studies the successful cases that can be implemented.Includes the innovative ecosystem model Rainforest Model,and Tesla's patented open source case.It provides a theoretical basis for the operation of patents through the structure of the ecosphere and the sharing of patents.The fifth chapter to the seventh chapter is the specific construction content of the patent operation ecology.They were designed from the ecological circle of patent operation internal ecology,patent operation external ecological circle,and patent operation platform,and elaborated the operating mechanism of the patent operation sharing platform.Finally,the sixth chapter is the conclusion of the key points of this article.At the same time,the conclusions of this article are briefly analyzed and explained in the conclusion.
