| With the reform and opening up of China in the 1980s,the model of foundry production has entered our country and gained sustained and vigorous development.In the traditional manufacturing industry,has developed a large number of OEM companies,fierce competition is inevitable between companies in order to snatch foundry business.OEM companies at the lowest end of the manufacturing process value chain the added value is very little.As an ordinary foundry manufacturing company,H company has continued to operate for more than 30 years,but in recent years the external market environment changes,competition with the industry,moreover domestic labor and raw material costs continue to rise,the company gradually lost the original comparison advantage,through the foundry business profit become increasingly difficult,the development encountered resistance and difficulties.Based on the related theories of OEM,this paper studies H company’s development path and countermeasure of OEM production mode.First of all,through the theoretical literature review of the origin of OEM production and the latest developments and a number of related theories of the latest research results.It summarizes the practical problems faced by the existing OEM production mode of H company,lack of competitive profit margins in the market competition,lack of middle class management personnel,lack of matching suppliers and high quality cost.At the same time,there is no core technical ability,R&D experience and experience in brand building has also become a problem on the road to upgrade.In view of the outstanding problems and the obstacles encountered in the process of transformation and transformation,combined with the actual conditions of H company,guided by the theoretical research,analysis of the path of transformation and upgrading,that is,to maintain the existing foundry production mode,not blindly upstream and downstream expansion,instead accumulation of business experience in the production of resources,through the accumulation of experience in technology,personnel training,production and upgrading of lean and other measures to strengthen OEM manufacturing,industrial upgrading.Enhance the professional OEM production capacity,transformation and upgrading from the production of primary OEM to professional production service provider. |
