Study On The Level Measurement And Driving Mechanism Of New Urbanization Development In Anhui Province

Urbanization is a symbol of the modernization process of a country.The speed and quality of its development are of great significance to the promotion of national economic and social development.It is also an important symbol of the progress of civilization.From the perspective of “substance”,the agricultural population has shifted to the secondary and tertiary industries,and the urban-rural structure has undergone changes.At the same time,the integration of urban and rural civilizations has brought together economic transformation,social development,and spiritual improvement.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the productivity has been liberated,and the speed of urbanization has also been accelerating.The direction of its development must be more people-centered,urbanization,and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The rapid development of urbanization has led to the rapid economic growth in Anhui Province and improved people's living standards.At present,the research on new urbanization continues to deepen.This article takes Anhui Province as an example to review the literature review of domestic and foreign scholars,the connotation of new urbanization,population migration,and the theory of urban and rural planning and sustainable development.The index criteria layer is divided into “material” and “spiritual” layers.,taking into account the urban and rural areas,from the urban and rural economy,urban and rural development,urban and rural environment,life services,humanistic spirit,public management and other aspects of the overall level of measurement.Combining theoretical and mathematical models to construct a production function model analyzes new urbanization from the perspective of “substance” and “spiritual”,which proves that promoting common development between the two is the precondition for guaranteeing the stable development of new-type urbanization.The results show that the development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province has been greatly improved to a certain extent,but the overall quality is not high,and the level of development is always between the “material” and “spiritual” levels,and the “ material ” urbanization is usually required.Higher than the "spiritual" urbanization level.At the spatial level,the level of "material" urbanization in the northern Anhui area is higher and the level of "spiritual" urbanization in the southern Fujian area is higher.The development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province is not randomly distributed in the cities at all levels,but rather presents a significant positive correlation.The new urbanization level in different cities has a certain concentration trend in geographical distribution.Based on the analysis of time and space,the paper uses the evaluation element analysis method to further study the driving mechanism of the development of new urbanization in Anhui Province.The study finds that there is a gap between the contribution rate of various factors to the development level of new urbanization,and the factor contribution rate fluctuates over time,summing up economic support,humanistic construction,public welfare protection,and ecological protection-driven mechanisms.The production function model was established based on the indicators,and the weighted index was used as the dependent variable.The results show that each element has a positive effect on promoting the development of new urbanization and that “urban and rural economy,living services,and humanistic spirit” have a greater effect.Through spatial econometric tests,it is pointed out that the level of new urbanization in the 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province decreases in spatial interdependence and tends to be stable.Based on the above research,a rational analysis of the development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province was proposed,and a new type of urbanization according to local conditions,a rational planning to build a regional center city,and a perfect urbanization investment and financing mechanism were strengthened to strengthen public management,and the “material” level was fundamentally focused on “spirit.” "Relevant policy recommendations for the construction of the level.
