With the domestic economy continues downward,corporate layoffs,bankruptcy reorganization phenomenon generally occurs.Which caused staffs distrust in the organization,job burnout and inefficiencies.Perceived Organizational(POS)and Job Performance have aroused attention again.Around the relationship between organizational support and job performance,once again aroused attention from all walks of life.Studies have ignored the different nature of the industry and the staff individual differences.Under the new situation,the domestic construction of human resources relationship is complex,facing how to reduce the employees job insecurity,improve the efficiency of enterprise internal problems.This thesis constructs the hypothesis model,and takes Jianhua-Tubular Pile Group as example to reveal the construction industry employees individual differences,the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance.This is of great significance to improve the organization and employee relations and enhance the enterprise competitiveness.The thesis researches on 286 samples data from the questionnaires,collected from Jianhua-Tubular Pile Group in North China Area.Individual differences in the construction industry characteristics,enterprise staff individual differences,the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance has carried on the thorough analysis.The results are as follows:(1)The current internal between perceived organizational support and the enterprise performance,its overall was significantly positively related;(2)Data analysis shows that the internal sense of organizational support for the enterprise employee performance has certain prediction effect;(3)Consisting of enterprise internal organization support care for interests between dimensions and job performance,the correlation is not significant;(4)The benefits care factors of POS can not predict the job performance significantly.Finally,Some reasonable proposals were given to improve relationship between the organization and its employees for Jianhua-Tubular Pile Group.
