Research On The Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System Of Listed Household Appliance Enterprises

With the transformation and upgrading and intensifying competition in the industry,China's home appliance enterprises also need to improve their international competitiveness to face foreign brands' possession of the market.To build of the performance evaluation of household appliance enterprises,contribute to the home appliance enterprises to understand their own levels and the deficiencies,prompting them to take corresponding measures to improve their operation and management,improve the level of earnings,but also can increase the international competitiveness of enterprises.In addition to the traditional evaluation indexes,many scholars have studied the performance evaluation of the household appliance industry,and now focus on the two theories:economic value added and balanced scorecard.But in the actual using this two methods,and found that both exist in their own limitations,and with the continuous development of modern enterprise management mode,using only one evaluation method to evaluate enterprise can meet the needs of the development of modern enterprise management.Based on the analysis of economic value added and balanced scorecard performance evaluation system of the strengths and limitations and the possibility of the combination,build a comprehensive combination of EVA and BSC performance evaluation system,gree electric appliances,for example,performance assessment problem in the home appliance industry.It is hoped that the two can make up their own advantages while making up for their defects,so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating enterprise performance.
