Research On Economic And Trade Cooperation Between China,Mongolia And Russia Under The The Building Of "Economic Corridor"

Along with economic globalization and regional economic integration,the "One Belt And One Road" initiative came into being,and China and countries along the routes actively planned and constructed six economic corridors.Russia,Mongolia and China adjacent to the geographical position,resources are highly complementary,in the three countries work together for the Russian economic corridor,to seek a new way of regional economic and trade cooperation,a comprehensive in-depth analysis under economic corridor construction of Russia's economic and trade cooperation in the development present situation,development opportunities,economic effect,restricting factors and countermeasures,has very important practical significance.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia.Based on the comparative analysis of trade,investment scale and structure between China,Mongolia and Russia,this paper analyzes and explains the basic status of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Secondly,GTAP model is used to quantitatively analyze the expected effect of economic corridor construction in China,Mongolia and Russia.By analyzing the simulation results,the Russian economic corridor through the reduction of tariff levels after the establishment,domain outside most of the country or region's GDP,import and export scale,trade balance,trade condition and welfare macro effects are improved.Then,on the basis of the above analysis,the development opportunities of China-Mongolia Russia economic and trade cooperation under the economic corridor construction are further analyzed.In under the construction of economic corridor and deepen economic and trade cooperation,and from geopolitics,industrial cooperation,investment,development,and cultural exchanges brought development opportunities to the economic cooperation,to create the unlimited potential of cooperation.In the end,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of economic and trade cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia under the construction of economic corridor and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions on how to promote the economic and trade cooperation among the three countries.It is believed that economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia and Russia is subject to the differences in economic system,tariff system,laws and regulations,the bottleneck of trade cooperation between the three countries,unreasonable internal and external competition,and the interference of internal and external forces.For the three countries to enhance mutual political trust,we will improve the mechanism of cooperation between the government,in order to "area" initiative as an opportunity to build new economic and trade cooperation platform,innovative financial cooperation,we will speed up the establishment of a free trade area stratified,eliminate trade barriers,at the same time to focus on peace and stability in northeast Asia,in order to promote the rapid development of Russian economic and trade cooperation.
