Research On Redundancy Management Of A Ship Company

Along with the market competition environment,in order to improve the enterprise benefit,the majority of enterprise strategy is to first think of downsizing,in the process of structural design and adjustment.Although most of the scholars and enterprise managers think that the management can improve enterprise benefit.However,a large number of empirical studies have shown that enterprises received certain effect in the early stages of the laid off,but it will fall into the predicament of the decline in performance in the medium and long term.To some extent,it is due to layoffs management process or way no science and no reasonable cause to stay on employees "syndrome",leading to decline in corporate performance.This study based on the related literature at home and abroad,with A shipping company as the research object,aiming at optimization of corporate layoffs as the goal,using the GROW model of action learning,brainstorming,team names and six top cap thinking research tools,such as through workshops,interviews and expert discussion research analysis company management present situation,make assessment form of redundancy scheme and implementation plan,after adjustment,the core job list,lean management,and other measures to make A ship company again after the first layoffs to streamline,make enterprise's human resources structure more reasonable.This study not only enrich the study of management of enterprise staff management,personnel,optimization of related literature,also to the enterprise management personnel to deal with the problem of layoffs and optimization to provide practical and operational theoretical and practical implications.
