The sales staff are in charge of the key customer resources of the company,and frequent turnover of the staff is really detrimental to the company's development.How to make the sales staff supply a long-term service and maintain the performance of continuous promotion?Effective incentive mechanism plays an important role in retaining the sales staff.Based on the basic theory of employee incentive mechanism and the incentive mechanism in performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the basic needs of sales staff;Through organizational behavior theory to guide sales staff,and make the enterprise values and employee values integration,so that employees can work in a healthy state of mind,fully engaged in work and obtain a reasonable distribution of benefits;Through psychological and other theoretical knowledge to analyze the character of sales staff,looking for management methods,motivation and communication strategies that in line with the personality characteristics of the sales staff.Based on the basic theory of employee incentive mechanism and the incentive mechanism in performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the basic needs of sales staff and comes to conclusion that the premise of establishing effective incentive mechanism of YDWL is to set up performance evaluation objectives,set up examination system and assessment method,and match corresponding assessment principles,examination contents,assessment criteria and assessment functions.Set clear goals for employees to achieve their goals,passion and motivation.It is hoped that the sales staff incentive scheme based on performance assessment can pass through practice,so that employees not only inspired by the material,but also from the employee promotion mechanism,occupation development plan,concerned about the incentives and other aspects to meet the needs of employees prospects,actively encourage the enthusiasm of sales staff,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving enterprise performance.
