More and more customers are no longer satisfied with the demand of simplify products,but gradually begin to pursue personalized and diversified products.In order to survive and develop,the manufacturing industries have to produce a variety of products to cope with the changes in the market environment and the needs of the customers.The Japan's Toyota Corporation founded TOYOTA mode of production which is pursuit to a stream to produce a variety of products,and it solves the problem of the manufacturing transformation derivative problems.This mode of production is adapt to the current market environment.Various industries in the world are beginning to introduce the TOYOTA mode of production.As a multi-variety,small-batch manufacturing enterprise,SH is imminent to promote lean thinking.On the basis of the manufacturing department of SH company in the production practice,the electric heater as the research object,this article analysis and summary the existing problems of the assembly line.Drawing lessons from the previous method of advanced research results and scientific method,we try to lean improvement for assembly site,so as to enhance the assembly workshop capacity,reduce the unit cost of products.First of all,according to the relevant data collected by the production practice of assembly workshop of SH company,the electric heater assembly process and assembly site related to collect,these information describe the related situation of SH company,draw the assembly process flow chart of the electric heater and the process time summary,and summarizes the workshop assembly line the accumulation phenomenon,the product line for rework,long time and number of problems.Secondly,using of the industrial engineering technology,improve the questioning principle and operation method of lean thinking,operation method of process is improve or auxiliary tools for assembly is changed;using man-machine process chart improve the equipment,this improvement makes people and equipment more coordinated;through the process of splitting,merging,the degree of balance of assembly workshop production line are promoted,this change makes The staff assembly is more coordinated and reasonable.Drawing improved assembly process flow chart,the process time table,calculate the production line balance rate,it is used to confirm whether a better balance degree.Then,it analysis of the existing problems of the company's changing line by the rapid line exchange technology of lean production.combining with the practical application condition of the resources of assembly workshop personnel,equipment etc,and the rapid line transfer technology and the improvement method of Industrial Engineering,the line changing process is redesigned.The material of the assembly process is controlled by improving the accuracy of the checking of the material and reducing the damage in the assembly process.At the same time,the statistical method of stern material is improved.It can improve the accuracy of the tail number.The aim is all to reduce the accumulation of line and to reduce the number of lines.Finally,through data comparison before and after improvement in the three aspects of assembly line balance,line change time and rework times to improve the data before and after comparison,to analyze and summarize the improvement effect.Then using the ED software to simulate the assembly line.Through the simulation results the improvement effect can be evaluated.At the same time,the suggestion of continuous improvement in the assembly workshop is put forward from two aspects of technology and equipment.
