With the continuous innovation and development of modern technology,various radiographic products and devices are being widely applied in various fields,such as industrial and mining enterprises,military,medical,communication and daily life.It brings great material civilization and convenience to human beings,as well as brings people into the environment full of radiation.So many times people can't get away from radiation.Therefore,More and more people pay attention to the problem of radiation safety protection.Radiation protection has become an indispensable part of medical institutions.In order to protect human health and environment,it is necessary to use various protective devices to block or shield all kinds of radiation.MA was founded in Shanghai in 2011.It is a company with professional radiation protection that integrates production and sale of radiation protection products and protection design,construction and installation.The production and sale of anti radiation products are mainly used in the XY ray radiation protection of health care institutions and industrial and mining enterprises.At present,the company takes the radiation protection of health care institutions as the key service object.According to the current policy of the state,in order to solve the medical problems of the people's livelihood,the construction of medical institutions is continuously increased.Result in all kinds of fluoroscopy equipments with radiation sources are constantly entering these medical institutions,The market demands for ray protection is increasing as well as the number of ray protection companies is increasing.Consequently,the market competition between the peers is increasingly fierce.And how MA can survive in such a environment,and obtain a portion that belongs to its owns.In this paper,the research object of MA company's marketing activities in home and on the basis of marketing theories.Through the research and analysis of the existing marketing environment and competitive environment in domestic,and make an objective and reasonable evaluation of MA's strengths,weaknesses,potential opportunities,and various threats.Then using the marketing tactics theory to locate the market of MA company.On this basis,combined with the marketing ploy combination theories(4P),the MA company is analyzed and the rationalization proposal is put forward.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of this study are summarized.
