With the vigorous development of the real estate industry in China,the elevator industry also ushered in the rapid development period.The international elevator giants have set up companies and manufacturing base in China.The domestic elevator enterprises and spare parts enterprises have achieved leapfrog development both in quantity and quality.The competition in elevator industry is becoming increasingly fierce.With the control of the real estate industry in the past two years,the growth of the elevator industry began to decline.In 014,elevator company M achieved the highest sales in history,and then its sales hasn't been able to break again.And the demand of product prices,quality,configuration,delivery from customers is becoming higher and higher.The elevator company M is in urgent need of internal performance improvement to reduce costs,improve quality and speed up delivery.The goal is not only related to the company's strategy,but also closely linked with the performance of the grass-roots staff.In order to achieve business goals,the strategy should be resolved to each person's performance.Packaging technology position is one of the typical grass-roots positions in company M.This paper analyzed the existing performance problems of M elevator company by combining the methods of literature analysis,interview,observation and other methods.Combined the tools of Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators,this research regulated the performance management processes and methods of grassroots positions in M Company,designed the relevant practical forms such as performance plans,performance appraisal and so on.This research established a theoretical framework and specific operational details for the implementation of position performance management.The research of this paper can also be used as a reference for the performance management of the mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprises at the grassroots level.
