Real estate industry is a pillar industry that plays a vital and fundamental role in stimulating the national economy development.Meanwhile,housing is essence of the people's livelihood and the top issue that people concern.Today,financial security and social stability are inextricably linked with the real estate market,and even the real estate market is one of the key factors in the healthy operation of the entire national economy.Thus,it is of vital importance to study the real estate industry and provide theoretical guidance and experience aiming to ensure the healthy development of the real estate industry and the stability of the national economy.In this paper,the use of Harvard analysis framework,starting from the strategic point of view,the competitive strategy of the real estate industry and Poly Real estate are analyzed in a full range of,again through the accounting analysis to determine the quality of accounting,then uses DuPont analysis and cash flow analysis,financial analysis,comparison and analysis of the data related to the enterprises in the same industry at the same time,depth analysis of the poly real estate financial situation,the financial analysis results combined with specific strategy,undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise,finally complete the prospect of.Through the depth analysis of Poly Real estate,the author learned that the overall business situation and the financial situation of Poly Real estate,with a certain strategic forward-looking,can be a good grasp of market trends,and make adjustments.But there are also some problems that need to be improved,such as inventory problems,high asset liability ratio,cash flow through sub dependent financing,etc.In view of the problems have been found,the author suggests,Poly Real Estate in the current “Destocking” environment under should actively seize the opportunity,to reduce the amount of inventory,return of funds,optimizing capital structure,while doing the cost control and management,to enhance the profitability.
