| Under the background of economic globalization and integration,all major petroleum enterprises around the world are experiencing a period of constant changes in order to adapt to the changing circumstances.With foreign-funded and private-owned businesses flooding in and the market changes rapidly,a great number of petroleum product sales enterprises could not quickly respond to market variations and customer demand with flexibility due to bloated organization structure and highly centralized management system,which leads to a decrease of enterprise competitiveness.To maintain their competitive advantages,petroleum product sales enterprises start to make adjustment to their strategic positioning one after another and try to catch up with the development of external market environment by changing their organization structure.It is under such a background that Y petroleum products enterprise begins to study how to explore space for its business development through organization structure reform.This paper starts with an objective description of the business environment and competitive situation that the petroleum product sales enterprises are facing while implementing reform and transformation of organization structure,and probes into the current situation of Y enterprise’s organization structure,existing problems,and business management issues arising.Then an in-depth analysis of the various problems with regard to Y enterprise’s organization structure,the current situation of Chinese petroleum product sales enterprises’ organization structure and foreign petroleum enterprises’ experience on organization structure transformation is conducted in this study.Based on the relationship between to Y enterprise’s organization structure and its business strategy,this paper determines the objective,solution and procedures for its organization structure reform,proving theoretical support for the successful reform of Y enterprise.Meanwhile,to protect Y enterprise’s organization structure reform from relapse and failure,this paper also focuses on studying the supporting measures and specific practical operation procedures that Y enterprise could adopt for a successful organization structure reform. |
