Quality Management Maturity Assessment System Research In Petroleum And Gas Pipeline Construction Y Company

Petroleum and gas pipeline project is a pipeline project to transport petroleum and natural gas,which covers pipeline transmission line engineering,station base engineering and pipeline engineering.Petroleum and gas pipeline is an advanced technology to ease the pressure of domestic energy supply.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment both at home and abroad,enterprises in order to remain invincible in the competition,to build a perfect quality management system is the inevitable direction of its development.Quality management maturity(QMM)is an effective tool to assess the actual level of enterprise quality management,and its core value is to realize the continuous improvement of enterprise quality management system.In this paper,we first introduce the research achievements in domestic and international quality management maturity areas formed.Then we introduce maturation of quality management,quality management,quality management maturity model and a series of related theory.Through the analysis of the current situation of Y company and the evolution of the quality management of petroleum and gas pipeline construction,the problems existing in the quality management of the enterprise are summed up.To solve the problem,this paper on the basis of research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on the quality management maturity theory and related models,according to the actual situation of petroleum and gas pipeline construction Y company,establish the model framework of Y company’s quality management maturity grading,selecting evaluation index,using the method of questionnaire investigation to collect data analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical tools for data reliability and validity,ensure the validity and reliability of the structure,and establish a suitable quality management of petroleum and gas pipeline construction Y company maturity evaluation index system;through the questionnaire survey on population specific target way again,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of quality management.Y company is in the optimization level.At the same time,according to the evaluation results,the improvement measures are put forward to improve the quality management level of Y company,according to the 4 aspects of environmental analysis,strategic policy,process management,improvement and innovation to be improved.
