In the current knowledge-based economy background,knowledge workers have more advanced technical ability and cultural knowledge,can bring significant contribution to the production and management of enterprises,knowledge-based employees through their own knowledge and skills to innovate,To achieve value,become the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain the market the key.The article first elaborated the research background and the significance,the thought and the method,the research content and so on,carried on the collating and the summary to the literature;Then made the related definition to the knowledge worker's concept,introduced the classical stimulation theory as well as related knowledge worker's Incentive theory and theory,but also expounded the important role of high-tech talent related theory.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the knowledge workers in PetroChina Pipeline Company.Based on the analysis of PetroChina Pipeline Company and the profile of knowledge workers,this paper combines the results of the interviews and knowledge workers' satisfaction questionnaire to analyze the knowledge-The present situation and the problem of employee motivation,and finally analyzes the motivation of knowledge workers in Chinese petroleum pipeline enterprises.The paper puts forward the specific strategies of the knowledge workers in PetroChina Pipeline Company from the four aspects of salary,personal development space,enterprise work itself and enterprise working environment,respectively,on the basis of proposing the motivational promotion principle of knowledge workers in CNPC.The recommendations on salary are mainly based on salary structure system,market competitiveness and performance.The suggestions on personal development space are mainly based on the four aspects: training system,promotion system system,professional knowledge and professional information.The recommendations of the work itself is mainly based on job matching,job challenge,work autonomy three angles put forward;business environment is mainly divided into the internal environment and the external environment of the two parts of the analysis.
