Organizational structure usually refers to the structural system that all the members of organization cooperate with one another in the range of duties,obligations and authorities in order to achieve the organizational uniform aims.Specifically organizational structure,influenced by multi-factors such as enterprise management,orientation of administrative control,management mode and service features,is the basic element of inner-enterprise organizational resources,constructing procedure,business development and administrative achievement.Optimization of organizational structure can support to fulfill the enterprise strategic goal.It can also help the enterprise meet the need of constantly changing market and lay the foundation of efficient operation of enterprise.H Company is a controlled company of a large state-owned oil exploration enterprise.By means of analyzing the company current situation from the aspects of external environment,company strategy,key technology and core person,and analysis of company existing organizational structure,scientifically compared with the internal structure reform of Haier Group and overseas General Electric Company,H company is found serious problems in the organizational structural system,which mainly show that the horizontal coordination of organizational structure is lesser,the practical situation of enterprises are not matched,and the company has the typical characteristics of bureaucracy.These problems hinder the development of H Company’s business and cause the rise of operation cost and talent drainage.After analyzing the organizational structure reform process of both domestic Haier Group and overseas General Electric Company,the revelation is found that the organizational structure must match the company’s strategy,adapt to external environment and correspond to the degree of technology innovation.When the optimum proposal is confirmed,the target and six principals of corporate organizational structure are set up.Guided by this it is found that H Company is more suitable for the hybrid organizational structure of division structure based and assisted by matrix structure.However,to make this organizational structure go on wheels in H Company,we need to increase awareness of management to the importance of enterprise organizational structure,strengthen staff training,construct the information platform,pay attention to the talent management,create corporate culture and other safeguard measures.
