Research On Joint Distribution Model Of Express Terminal

With the development of e-commerce,customers are demanding higher and higher service for express terminal distribution.Express delivery enterprises have to upgrade the mode of terminal distribution from the original large-scale,low-frequency to small-scale,high-frequency,time-sensitive direct distribution,resulting in high operating and distribution costs of express delivery enterprises and difficult market expansion.Joint distribution of express terminal reduces venues,personnel and vehicles through resource sharing,which is an effective way to solve the problem of express terminal distribution and reduce the cost of express delivery.This paper takes the express delivery enterprise in Y town of H city in Zhejiang Province as an example,analyses the development status of express delivery industry in Y town and the problems of separate distribution at the end,and puts forward the necessity of promoting joint distribution of express delivery enterprises in Y town.Based on the theoretical knowledge of express delivery,terminal delivery and joint distribution,the current situation of express industry,terminal distribution and joint distribution are analyzed and commented from the perspective of research.By using the methods of literature,qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative study,this paper designs the joint distribution mode of Y town express terminal.It puts forward that the joint distribution mode of Y town express terminal is suitable for the trust-based Federation cooperation mode.In the organizational structure,the board of directors,the coordination command committee,the general manager and six functional departments are set up to ensure the realization of the will of the joint distribution alliance team.In order to improve the fairness and rationality of the profit distribution of Y Town Express Co-distribution member enterprises,a distribution compensation mechanism is established by using the modified Shapley value method and considering the factors of resources,risks and value-added services.In addition,the economic benefits of Y town after joint distribution are quantitatively analyzed and calculated,and the emphasis of improving the benefits of joint distribution is further summarized.This paper proposes that Y town express delivery enterprises should adopt a trust-based Federation cooperation model,which provides organizational guarantee for the realization of the objectives of the alliance team through the establishment of the Coordination Command Committee,and use the revised Shapley value method to set up the benefit compensation value to ensure the fairness of the benefit distribution.Based on the relative investment of Shentong and Yuantong Express,the two received positive benefit compensation of 7650.3 yuan and 3577.5 yuan respectively in the distribution of benefits..By calculating and comparing the operating costs before and after the implementation of joint delivery in Y town,it is concluded that after the implementation of joint delivery in Y town,the enterprise cost decreases by 52%.The feasibility of joint distribution in Y town’s express terminal is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of joint distribution in Y town’s Express terminal and has important practical significance.
