Higher and higher requirements for integrated transportation is put forward with the modern logistics developing rapidly.The emergence of the Broker is brought new opportunities for the rapid development of multimodal transport.It is an important measure for the rail-truck transport to provide the “door to door” logistics service on the base of taking full advantages of each transportation,which is received extensive attention from the relevant researchers on reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of logistics service,it is very necessary and important to research the joint transportation,which should extend the Broker's connotation of the current stage to the rail-truck transport.Presently,almost research of Broker are about the road transportation,while some research of the rail-truck transport organization are mostly dominated by the railway center.But the railway centers belong to railway enterprise,which can't make service coordination.From the perspective of logistics coordination,this paper extend Broker's notion to rail-truck transport logistics service provider.Firstly,this paper defined the concept of rail-truck transport logistics service and built a rail-truck transport logistics service coordination system.Then,based on the multi-Agent modeling technology,a simulation model for the rail-truck transport logistics service system with the Broker participated was constructed.On the AnyLogic platform,the behavior rules and the relationship between the participants in the non-cooperative and cooperative conditions were simulated which was used for studying the mechanism of the coordinated formation of the rail-truck transport logistics service system.Thirdly,the logistics service collaborative business process model was established to describe the interaction of information by the workflow.Fourthly,core or sharing resource was identified by process mining,while sharing resource can be shared by n active table or a resource table.Finally,a public business process model of the rail-truck transport logistics service system was established and a business process optimization algorithm based on execution routing optimization and time constraint was proposed.After that an example was analyzed.There were three conclusions.Firstly,in collaborative environment,the Agent can get more income.Driven by efficiency,more and more Agent of logistics services will join in logistics coordination system based on long-term strategic alliances,and then they will cooperate with other Agent based on the long-term partnership relation.Secondly,based on the identification of core resource and sharing resource,the dynamic sharing of some activities or resources can be realized to improve the efficiency of logistics service in the collaborative system by building a public business process.Thirdly,optimizing execution routing and constrain Agent activity execution time can achieve the optimization of public business process.When the activity triggers the delay time is the minimum,the execution time of the public business process is the shortest and the execution efficiency is optimal.
