Human resource management is the key point of competitive advantage and future sustainable development of a company, and play an important role of business management. There are a lot of academic discussions on human resources management, but most of them are based on Western theories of in part or whole. On the business part, most of the operators find that there are some gaps between the theory and practice. The theories could not solve the problems of human resources management, talent Strategy and the problem of inadequate human capacity.Recruitment is the first step of human resources management, no one pay attention on it at a long-term. Many people think the recruitment are the Portfolio of release information, collect resumes, and search the executives from the Competitors. Misunderstanding of the recruitment and practice management deficiencies are common problem of the enterprises in our country. These problems affect negatively on the company's overall human resources strategy and stable development. This article intends to conduct in-depth research and reflection on this kind of problem.EP is a foreign company which has enterprises and be localized for many years. The company provide service and products to the fast Consumption industry. The management structure is relatively simple, problems are more typical, suitable as a study object. Results of the study can be copied and used on the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and other joint ventures.In this paper, we analysis the present and future development of EP company, try to find the recruitment and human resources management problems in general and proposed some solutions on building evaluation system of recruitment, recruitment process reengineering, and personnel reserve plans. At the same time, we studied the the current development of new technologies and industry trends to explore innovative approaches of recruitment management. Job evaluation system (formula) is the innovation point of this paper, and the micro-Blogs recruit is the hot topic of this year.From recruitment management to human resources management, from enterprise employing strategies to corporate culture, we can find that there are different aspect of the same system. Like the concept of total quality management theory, quality control should be done in every aspect and every steps of the process. The starting point of this paper is to solve hire management deficiencies of EP, therefore this paper give more emphasis on the practice solution and inevitably involves no deep theoretical discussion, which need further refinement and more empirical work.
