Case Study On The Mode Of Trading Platform In Road Transportation Service Of Port

With the acceleration of the global economic and trade integration,the competition among the port enterprises has shifted from throughput,cost and quality of the early time to the competition of service.As the main carrier of port logistics transportation,the development of road transportation is lagging behind.The contradiction between supply and demand supply and demand is still outstanding,which has become one of the current major bottleneck restricting the development of the port.Therefore,it is necessary to make the innovative research on this system.This paper took road transportation system of R port as the research object,through the query data and field investigation,combined with the author's own work experience,make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems of R port road transportation system.Based on the road transportation logistics information collection in the field of exchange,car goods,logistics,trade etc of R port,this paper provides an innovative solution,facing the owners,the carriers and other information users to address the current logistics and distribution in the field of road link between supply and demand in the exchange of information,goods vehicles,logistics,trade efficiency and other issues of R port.The author hopes that this solution will settle the current problems and provide a reference for this system in this area.Starts from the importance of road transportation business development,the author determines the research direction by way of the analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign road transportation situation combined with the successful experience.Meantime,through in-depth analysis of the development situation and the problem of the R port road transportation system and the SWOT method,puts forward the development strategy of road transportation service platform as well as the construction of highway cargo transportation services trading platform of R port;also,the author submits the prospect on the basis of analysis of this transaction platform.
