Research On Financing Support Policy Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Foshan

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system,China's small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly,and gradually become an important part of the national economy,effectively increasing employment,improving the people's livelihood,promote industrial upgrading and economic restructuring.However,small and micro enterprises in the economy and society are relatively powerless,restricted by many factors in development,of which the most serious problem is lack of funds.As the main channel of social financing,the banking sector has played a key role in solving financing difficulties and supporting development issues of small and micro enterprises.In recent years,in order to improve financial services for small and micro enterprises,National and local governments successively issued a series of financial support policies,which have achieved remarkable results,but there are still some deficiencies.Foshan City,with an active private economic,many small and micro enterprises are still facing difficulties in financing during the development process,and the financial services are still to be improved.In order to improve the financial support policies and promote the development of small and micro enterprises,this paper analyzes the practical effect and existing problems of the financial support policies of small and micro enterprises in Foshan City from the policy level,small and micro enterprises level,the banking institutions level,and the external environment level,detailed analyzes the impact of policy implementation.In addition,by comparing the foreign experiences in small micro-enterprise financial support,finally puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the financing support of small and micro enterprise in Foshan City,by improving the financial support policy system of small and micro enterprises,guiding small and micro enterprises to strengthen their own construction,supporting the banking institutions to innovate financial services and optimizing the external environment of small and micro enterprises.
