At present,our country has a large number of full-time tour guides,tour guides in the growing ranks of the staff,which is mainly female tour guide.However,every year there are still a lot of tour guides to leave the tour guides,the main reason is the pressure which is from work and life that is difficult to balance.In today’s increasing work pressure,how to balance work and life has become a real problem faced by China’s female tour guides.By using the psychological capital as the intermediary variable,This article researched the effect of Work-life balance on the s Turnover intention Hoping to provide suggestions for tourism enterprises to reduce the turnover rate of tour guides.Based on the summary of relevant research results,this paper draws on the relevant scale,designed three variables of work life balance,psychological capital and turnover intention.Through the investigation and test,the three scales are in accordance with the requirements of this study.Then,on the basis of summarizing the existing research results,this paper further analyzes the internal relations between the work life balance and turnover intention,proposed study hypotheses,constructs the conceptual model,and completes the questionnaire survey,through empirical analysis,test the various assumptions of the study.Analysis results show : Work-life balance has a significant negative impact on the turnover intention of tour guides;Psychological capital has a significant negative impact on turnover intention;The Psychological capital played a mediating role in Work-life balance and Turnover intention.Finally,based on the conclusion,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the management of tourism enterprises,such as work-life balance and psychological capital,to reduce the loss rate of tour guides,and points out the limitations of the research and puts forward the prospect of the research.
