In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,more and more enterprises choose to improve the enterprise internal control management level and market competitiveness through the implementation of ERP software,but the ERP project implementation cycle is long and difficult,and the case of information technology is very few.A successful implementation of ERP project schedule control is very important,Y company as the Asia Pacific region’s largest management software and China’s leading enterprise cloud service providers,in the ERP project management Y’s accumulated rich experience,but in the project schedule control is still not clear,the plan is not reasonable,the organization is not perfect,the staff is not in place,responsibilities are not clear,demand change control is not in place and other issues affecting the progress of the project.This paper for Y company ERP project implementation methodology are described and also for project planning,design,construction system,on-line operation,continued support for each stage of the schedule management tools and methods of in-depth research and analysis,summarize the key factors in each stage of the progress of project,put forward the improvement scheme and tools for each of the key factors,and make a forecast and Prospect on the future development trend of ERP project schedule management,ERP project management personnel to provide strong guidance and reference significance.
