Under the background of severe economic structure in the world nowadays, economic competition among countries is becoming more and more intensified, so the competition and confrontation among enterprise can no longer stay in the price war which would cause a lose-lose result. Technology innovation is driven by huge driving force of economic development, also is the powerful guarantee of enterprise survival and development. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market at present, small and medium-sized enterprises for survival, and development, so constantly promote technological innovation is the enterprise to strengthen the competitive advantage and continuously strengthen the advantage of choice. For most of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, management of the rough is still most of the phenomenon, in order to get continuous development and growth, the enterprise must reform and technical innovation, management innovation and system innovation. So, for small and medium enterprises, how to effectively and quickly set up the enterprise technological innovation management system is a realistic and urgent subject, make full use of and give a full play to the superiority of the Project Implementation Management is particularly important, effective management of technological innovation to promote the development of enterprise’s technological innovation and competitiveness has very important significance. One is to help enterprises in market competition to keep a competitive advantage, to ensure the steady growth of enterprises. The second is beneficial for creating excess profits, improving enterprise economic benefits. Third, the practice also proved, if an enterprise in the development process of conformism, rigid, lost the vitality of technological innovation, it will be difficult to survive and develop in market competition.Based on the background of A company, on the basis of modern project management theory, analyzes the whole process of technological innovation project management of the company, including the project schedule management, project cost management, project quality management, project information management, project organization and management and technological innovation management, etc. Through the analysis of master at present, the company existing problems of technological innovation project management, and then through the literature and theory research, case analysis, interview investigation method, puts forward some countermeasures to improve the optimization of technological innovation project management in A company. We hope that through improving project management, to solve the problems of technological innovation project management, to improve technology innovation ability of A company, thus ensuring the company’s core competitiveness, promote enterprise built to last.This article is divided into five parts, the first part mainly introduced in this paper, the research background, research significance, research methods and content, the paper mainly aimed at the optimization and improvement of technological innovation project management in A company. The second part expounds the development process of the project management theory, overview of projects and project management theory, as well as the related theory is introduced. The third part mainly analysis about the present situation of technological innovation project management in A company, including the project schedule control present situation, the project cost control present situation, the project quality management status, project information management status, project organization and management present situation, and project management to promote technology innovation present situation, the problems existing in the project management for the following analysis of lay the foundation. The fourth part discusses the current problems in technological innovation project management in A company. The fifth part applies related theory, combined with the enterprise actual situation, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the technological innovation project management in A company.
