With the development of economy,business operator pays increasing degree of attention to the employee performance evaluation with the upgrading of management skills in recent years.In the process of implementation,enterprises constantly innovate means of performance appraisal.Generally speaking,the consideration of performace evaluation is limited to the employee's job description.We identify the employee's performance as outstanding based on the completion of the work.However,the importance of teamwork has become increasingly prominent with the continuous developmentment of market economy as well as the accelerating pace of knowledge economy.As a result,the traditional mode of evaluation has been replaced by contextual performance theory.In this article,I will focus on discussing the relationship between Two factor theory of motivation and Contextual performance combined with the practical problems of performance evaluation in the work.It indicates that factors such as Achievement Motivation,Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Identification play an intermediary role between the two-factor motivation and the Contextual Performance.In addition,there are some suggestions about how to improve Contextual Performance management based on the research.
