In the new era,the waves of public entrepreneurship and innovation are surging in China.It contains endless creativity and opportunities,pushing the whole economic society into waves of profound changes.Nowadays,in a highly informational,knowledgeable and global society,business environment becomes more complicate and diversified.The only solution is to carry out reforms to achieve continuous innovation.Building internal entrepreneurship platform has turned into a successful mode for retaining talents,as well as maintaining the corporate innovative culture.Therefore,it is very important to build an effective platform for internal entrepreneurship.“Innovate”,“create” means to “change”.Internal entrepreneurship will inevitably affect the internal dynamic equilibrium of the company,while change and reform are one of key development stages to achieve organizational dynamic equilibrium.It is necessary to change when the original system cannot adapt to the new environment.Of course,the purpose is to adapt to the new situation and establish new equilibrium.Compared with entrepreneurship in the usual sense,internal entrepreneurship is mysterious to many people.In our case study,the Beijing ZX Corporation is a listed high-tech enterprises.From 2013,it actively promotes organizational changes in three stages,which starts a new precedent on the internal entrepreneurship.(1)Before changes,the internal entrepreneurship is inevitable;(2)During changes,the internal entrepreneurship is fluctuating;(3)After changes,the achievements are consolidated and the entrepreneurship is continuously improved.The ZX internal entrepreneurship provides the beneficial experiences by the way of digging out the internal potential of company,optimizing resource allocation,effective empowerment,and releasing the entrepreneurial energy.Under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation,this case provides the valuable enlightenment for many listing Corporation and unlisted Corporation on how to realize the organization change through internal entrepreneurship.
