Communication Management In Military Enterprice A's Fixed Assets Investment Project

In recent years,the international situation is complicated,the internal and external environment of economic development in China is changing profound.Uunder the support of country,the fixed assets investment in military industry enterprise has played a huge security and guiding role,which has become the most important means to build,security and promote the development of defense science and technology industry.So,the military enterprises have been attaches by the project management of fixed assets investment.However,due to the characteristics of the industrial project,information asymmetry,communication is becoming a short board more and more obviously in the project management.How to optimize communication problems in such projects becomes the main subject of corporate.On the basic of inductiving the development and application of communication management in this paper.Used the fixed assets investment project of military enterprise A as an example,the author had been analyzed the factors and contents of communication management in three stages including preparation stage,such as implementation stage and acceptance stage,and then infers that the characteristics of communication management.Through interviewing project members and suppliers,the author collected the problems in the stage of plan conmmunications,manage conmmunications and contol conmmunications,mainly included: lack of communication planning,stake holder communication process more complex,more communication barriers,noise interference,project performance evaluation index is not clear.On the basis of related theory,puts forward some suggestions,in case of the company carries on the preliminary implementation and effect of tracking.This article,in view of the military enterprise fixed assets investment project communication management,study the results to follow-up the project in their own units and other military communication management of fixed assets investment project,which has a certain reference and reference.
