In recent years,with the continuous development of the medical industry in China,the number of private medical institutions has increased year by year.As a new media tool,the Internet provides more convenient and powerful platform support for medical institutions to carry out advertising,and the private medical institutions' own visibility and influence.Strength can also be improved with the help of the Internet.In reality,some institutions pursue the maximization of economic benefits,use the Internet to purchase search rankings,publish false information,and attract patients to seek medical treatment.False and illegal network medical advertisements emerge one after another.On the one hand,it has seriously damaged the interests of medical institutions and network platforms.On the other hand,it has also adversely affected the safety of consumers seeking medical treatment,the normal operation of the online medical market,and the stability and unity of society.Solving this problem is not only an urgent requirement of the masses of the people,but also a focus of attention of many media.This requires the Chinese government to further regulate and supervise the online medical advertising market.The main body of this article is composed of five parts:The first part: the introduction part.This chapter mainly introduces the background of the selected topic,the significance of the topic and the research goal,ideas,methods and innovations.The second part: the outline of the network medical advertisement government regulation.Firstly,the concept of internet medical advertisements and government supervision is elaborated,and the supervision theory of online medical advertisements related to this article is summarized and sorted out.Based on the analysis of concepts and theories,the government's necessity of network medical advertisements is put forward.Through the introduction of this section for the discovery of the following issues,the analysis of causes and the countermeasures put forward to lay a theoretical foundation.The third part: the current situation,problems and reasons analysis of the government regulation of internet medical advertisements in our country.Through the analysis of the current situation of the network medical advertisement government supervision,we find that the main problems encountered in the process of supervision include the lag of the industry regulatory legislation,the absence of the main body of government regulatory responsibility,the lack of effectiveness of the government reform of the medicalinstitutions,the standardization of the censorship mechanism of the network platform Not sound,network medical advertising social monitoring system is not perfect,and conducted a deep analysis of the reasons.The fourth part: Practice and Enlightenment of Governmental Supervision over Medical Advertisements in Foreign Countries.This part summarizes the regulatory experience that suits our country by introducing the specific practices of the government regulation of online medical advertisements in the United States,Britain and Japan.The fifth part: Improve China's Internet medical advertising government supervision and countermeasures.Focusing on the prominent problems in China's government supervision over Internet medical advertisements,and drawing lessons from foreign experiences and lessons from the reality of China's Internet medical advertisement supervision,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement in order to further standardize the online medical advertising market and protect the people.Life,health and safety promote long-term social stability.
