Research On Interaction Mechanism In The Process Of Effective Entrepreneurial Mentoring

Entrepreneurial activity has a great influence on the economic development and economic vitality of a country.Entrepreneurship can not only promote employment,provide jobs,stimulate economic growth,but also maintain the vitality and competitive advantage of a country through continuous innovation.however,the entrepreneurial success rate in our country low currently.The governments at all levels and all kinds of incubators try to introduce entrepreneurship guidance mechanism,but there lies many problems in the process of entrepreneurship mentoring.Especially entrepreneurs are difficult to grasp the timing of the introduction of mentors,and hard to strive for the support of mentors,at the same time,the mentors do not know how to choose start-ups,and failing to grasp the rhythm of the match for entrepreneurial project resources,which caused the interactive process between the two sides are still black box,and leading to many entrepreneurial guidance become invalid.This research stems from the interactive instruction situation of mentoring.We started a preliminary investigation of six months of and a formal research of 3 months,ultimately selected eight well-known mentors from Sichuan Province College Students’ Innovative Entrepreneurship Center,Sichuan Youth Entrepreneurship Programs(SYE),and other famous business incubators in Sichuan,and carried on depth interview about the effective teaching entrepreneurship typical case.data from 8 one-to-one interview effective teaching entrepreneurship process.In this study,the interview data were analyzed by means of content analysis.The results showed:(1)the guiding ability of entrepreneurial mentors is mainly reflected in two aspects: clear business cognition in the industry of entrepreneurial projects,and matching key resources for the development of entrepreneurial projects;(2)before the key node,the mentor will evaluate the entrepreneur,especially his individual quality and personal ability,and the evaluation is the threshold of the next node;(3)effective entrepreneurship mentorship is a spiral process.After the trigger phase,mentors will conduct mentoring of two rounds in accordance with the "strategic","product","the market" / " financing ",eventually making start-ups continuous transformation and upgrading,and get the more significant results.(4)the interactive mechanism between entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs shows two meanings as a whole.From the perspective of interactive behavior,the entrepreneur mentor is the leader of effective entrepreneurship guidance and the leader of entrepreneurial projects,while entrepreneurs are followers and learners.From the perspective of interactive content,entrepreneurial mentors provide important ideas and key resources,but entrepreneurs are the transformation and executors of resources.Mentors are according to the assessment of capacity of entrepreneurs to make the decision of whether to take the next step to guide the actions,thus mentors interactive behavior is changing along with the entrepreneurs.Based on this research,we extracted the interactive mechanism model of entrepreneurial mentors and entrepreneurs.This study excavated the change of the interaction between entrepreneurship mentors and entrepreneurs in different phrases of the effective entrepreneurship mentoring mentors process,and answered the question of "what kind of interaction between mentors and entrepreneurs can make mentoring into effective entrepreneurial mentoring",which will provide guidance for entrepreneurial incubator to operate entrepreneurship mentor mechanism further.
