Since the21st century, science and technology information in the event of rapid changes, which brings the rapid development of the global economy. In the high speed of economic development, a new economic activity in the contemporary economic development is very active and has become an important strategic tool of economic development of a country or region, which is known as the "engine of growth" of entrepreneurial activity. The rise in entrepreneurial activity worldwide nature also contributed to the academic study of entrepreneurial activity, the paper summarizes the theoretical basis of the analysis and entrepreneurial network on entrepreneurial learning,focusing on matching mechanisms affecting entrepreneurial activity between these two factors. Because by learning study found that although many scholars have demonstrated entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning networks have a great impact on entrepreneurial activity, and entrepreneurial network contains a large number of learning resources. But there are few studies on the mechanism of entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial learning.In this paper, a single exploratory case study approach to Dalian Neusoft Group, using dynamic process view perspective analysis of effect mechanism between entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial learning. Research on the development of Neusoft group will be divided into three stages:early days, large-scale development period and the period of rapid expansion. In the analysis of each stage of development have tried to think of the following questions:First, the phase of the entrepreneurial network is how and how it evolved? Second, with the change of entrepreneurial network, the stage entrepreneurial learning how changes? Thinking through these questions and answers in order to analyze whether has the dynamic matching mechanism between entrepreneurship network and learning. The answers to these questions while also reflects the innovation of this study:Firstly, the deduction of the entrepreneurial network evolution model; secondly, to clarify the relationship between the entrepreneurial dynamic matching network and entrepreneurial learning; finally, reveal the characteristics of the development of local entrepreneurship.This paper in strict accordance with the normative writing process of case study. Firstly, it introduces the background and research questions of case study, and puts forward the innovation and significance of the research, constructs the research framework; Secondly, it summarizes and comments on the relationship between entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial enterprises, to provide theoretical support for the following analysis case; Lastly, by combing and analysis of Neusoft Group’s development process, and first-hand data and secondary data through a combination of data collection methods, systematic study of the group entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial learning how changes in different stages of development,In the study, the paper analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial network on entrepreneurial learning from two aspects of-cognition and behavior. After study found that, in different period of development, entrepreneurial network model of Neusoft Group in Dalian were closed network, external network and absorb integration network. In different network models, Cognitive learning have three ways of learning through the change of perception, reflection and contact. Namely exploitative learning, blended learning and explorative learning. Except that in the development of entrepreneurial learning will have a reverse effect mechanism of entrepreneurial network. After continuous argumentation and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion:(1) There is a dynamic evolution of entrepreneurial network in the growth of enterprises;(2) Entrepreneurial network evolution will bring the transformation of entrepreneurial learning from cognition to behavior;(3) Entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial learning exist mechanism of action of each match.Through the above findings, the paper has made several managerial implications for the development of enterprise and hope to be helpful to the growth of them. In the final article of this paper presents limitations of the research, and also puts forward the study direction for future research.
