In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge capital and human capital have become the core weapon of enterprise competition.The rational allocation of knowledge and resources stems from the core competitiveness of enterprises-knowledge workers.How to effectively motivate the knowledge workers to improve their work enthusiasm became the focus of most enterprises,is the key to sustainable development of enterprises.This research takes the knowledge worker of X enterprise as the sample,and uses the demand theory which is put forward by American scholar Clayton Alderfer as the guiding ideology.Through the investigation of employee satisfaction questionnaire data collected from 2014 to 2016 three years of Enterprise Human Resources Department of X enterprises to implement incentive measures in the three years,employee demand and incentives do not match the existing problems,to set a in-depth investigation and analysis for these problems.In view of the present situation and existing problems of staff demand in enterprise,ERG is taken as the guide to formulate corresponding incentive measures.In order to improve the enthusiasm of employees,X enterprises ensure the smooth realization of enterprise development goals,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.The work of this paper includes the following three points: firstly at home and abroad on the basis of the demand factors of knowledge workers and the theory of ERG,extracted 15 factors that affect the demand,and drawn from the questionnaire the expression of problems related to these 15 factors.Second,descriptive statistics method is used to analyze the data of three years,and then statistics.Through the study of the influence trend of each factor,analyze the existing problems,and use the cases in human resources work for demonstration.Finally,in view of the X company's problems,the establishment of ERG comprehensive incentive mechanism system,to achieve the purpose of encouraging knowledge workers,reduce the company's turnover rate...
