The competition among banks promotes the improvement of the quality of financial services,and the entry of foreign banks makes the competition of financial services more intense,which leads to the competition of talents,which leads to the mobility of knowledge workers in various banks.Therefore,how to retain and make good use of knowledge workers has become an urgent need for motivation and performance management.It is self-evident to study and explore the importance and urgency of effective knowledge staff motivation.In this paper,based on the actual situation of employee motivation in the branch bank of A city,and on the basis of expounding the relevant theory of employee motivation,this paper makes a field questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the knowledge workers of the branch bank of A city by questionnaire.After the analysis of survey data,the conclusion of employees' satisfaction with incentive is obtained.According to the results of the investigation,the influencing factors of incentive problems are deeply analyzed,and the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers is given salary incentive and job incentive according to the problems and causes.The specific incentive design in five aspects of personal growth,environmental motivation and humanistic emotion is also put forward to guarantee the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers and to strengthen the organizational security and system.To ensure,implement employee performance management system,cultivate good culture and other coping strategies and suggestions.
