In agricultural economic development,agricultural infrastructure plays an extremely important role.The construction and improvement of agricultural infrastructure will not only help to improve the agricultural labor productivity,but also increase the income of farmers and promote economic growth is an important guarantee.However,as a "quasi-public goods",the investment cycle of agricultural infrastructure is long,the construction is difficult,the project income is relatively unstable,entirely by the government financial funds to undertake investment and construction will cause great economic pressure to the government,resulting in shortage of funds The Therefore,it is necessary to expand the investment channels of agricultural infrastructure construction and encourage social capital and government capital to participate in investment activities together.As the enterprises in the market share of a large proportion of the hands of a large number of idle funds,farmers are agricultural infrastructure,direct users and beneficiaries,can be used as a special type of investment in agricultural infrastructure construction.Therefore,this paper divides the main body of agricultural infrastructure investment into government and social investors,which are divided into enterprises and farmers.However,in the course of agricultural infrastructure construction,there are differences in the behavioral characteristics and behavioral logic of government,enterprises and farmers,so the formation of strategic alliance can effectively realize the maximization of their respective interests.Through the questionnaire survey,the investors' willingness to participate in the investment willingness and investment behavior of the agricultural infrastructure construction is obtained.On this basis,the statistical analysis of the social capital variables and the willingness of investment are analyzed by stata statistical software.,Although some investors are willing to participate in the investment in agricultural infrastructure PPP projects,but in real life,almost no one has invested in PPP projects,on the one hand,PPP projects in China is not mature,on the other hand is the official institutions And the private media did not vigorously promote the development of agricultural infrastructure,the public did not know the specific situation of agricultural infrastructure PPP projects,and also that the construction of agricultural infrastructure is the government thing.Therefore,to increase the propaganda of PPP projects,the introduction of diversified investment entities,the design of reasonable investment structure has become an important measure to promote the construction of agricultural infrastructure.Finally,this paper analyzes the concrete measures of optimizing the PPP project of agricultural infrastructure from the basic principles of the optimization of investment behavior of PPP project in agricultural infrastructure and the corresponding supporting facilities,hoping to solve the financing problem of PPP project in many ways.
