The reform of customs clearance model optimization is a key area and key link in the reform and innovation of all ports in China.Promoting the reform of the customs clearance model has a leading and fundamental role in business reform in other areas.The reform of the passenger entry customs clearance mode at the air port is an important part of the reform of the customs clearance model.Promoting the reform of the passenger entry mode at the air port is directly related to the vital interests of the majority of the incoming passengers,and all sectors of the society also have high demands for convenient and efficient customs clearance.With the rapid increase in the number of inward and outward passengers,the pressure of supervision at all ports is also increasing.The reform of the entry clearance mode for passengers on the air port has become imminent.From the perspective of customs supervision and service workers,this article analyzes the customs clearance model of passengers at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport based on the theory of collaborative governance in public management theory,summarizes the implementation effect of the current customs clearance model,and analyzes the existing information on the customs clearance model.The level of interoperability,sharing and law enforcement cooperation is low,inspection methods and equipment are outdated and backward,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Through the establishment of a promotion model for inbound clearance management of passengers on the air port,the customs clearance for passengers entering and exiting the national air port The reform of the optimization model proposed a feasibility plan.
