| Government departments at all levels introduced policies to support the pension industry and put forward professional guidance for the development of the financial industry for the aged."Guidance on the Accelerated Development of Financial Support for the Aged Service Industry" was jointly issued by the People's Bank of China and other four departments.In 2015,China established a "three pillar" pension system,which was composed of basic pension insurance,supplementary pension insurance(enterprise annuity based)and personal savings for the aged.Banking financial services for the aged have broad development space and become a new blue ocean of strategic layout.Therefore,commercial banks should seize the opportunity to actively deploy the pension financial market,shoulder social responsibilities and promote their own development.Taking agricultural commercial bank of Qingdao as an example,this paper first expounds the concept and content of pension finance,and the development of pension finance at home and abroad.From the macro environment competitors and the market needs of the agricultural commercial bank of Qingdao to carry out the old-age financial business to carry out the external environment analysis,and agricultural commercial bank of Qingdao to carry out the existing resources of pension finance.On this basis,we use SWOT analysis method to put forward four corresponding strategies.Those are implementing pluralism product strategies,increasing capital of pension credit,integrating financial services for the aged,constructing pension financial management system.Corresponding development strategy implementation and control measures are formulated.Those are rebuilding Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank corporate culture,improving the structure ofpension financial business organization,strengthening the construction of Pension Financial human resources,speeding up the innovation of Pension Financial,perfecting the assessment mechanism of Pension Financial. |
