Research On The Layout Of Regional Medicine Logistics Center Of G Company

The introduction of the new medical reform has had a great impact on the pharmaceutical industry in China,and the development of the pharmaceutical industry has brought great changes to the medicine logistics industry.There are still many problems in the medicine logistics industry of China,such as diversification,overlapping investment,the high cost and lack of professionalism.Therefore,it is vital to develop the medicine logistics industry and develop the third party logistics in medicine logistics.It is an effective way to solve the problems existing in the medicine logistics industry in China that the third party enterprises provide the third party medicine logistics service and invest in the construction of regional medical logistics center.This paper tries to get a feasible and practical location model of logistics center obtained by study,to meet the need of enterprise that how to build logistics center,and to realize the reasonable location of the logistics center which meets both economic benefits and higher social benefits.And at the same time,it will provide reference for the future research and implementation in the aspects of medicine logistics location.On the basis of sorting and analyzing the relevant theories of medicine logistics and regional medicine logistics center location,this paper summarizes the methods,principles and influencing factors related to the location planning of regional medicine logistics center,and prepares for the building of the location model of regional medicine logistics center.Subsequently,the problem of location is modeled.In the process of modeling,many factors affect the location of the logistics center,including a variety of qualitative and quantitative factors.Considering that a single model may ignore many factors and can't get a better location planning,this paper finally chooses a two-layer model combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,AHP is used to quantify the qualitative indicators,establish a comprehensive evaluation index system to select alternatives,and eliminate the alternate locations which with high building costs or violate the principles of building a position.Then,the Baumol-Wolfe model is used to select the appropriate logistics center from the alternatives to form a location planning.The model combined with AHP effectively solves the disadvantages of the Baumol-Wolfe model that considering only the cost factors.Finally,in this paper,an enterprise G is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model,using the above method and model of location planning to realize the location planning of a third party regional medicine logistics center for G.Firstly,this case determines the number of logistics center through analyzing the volume of regional medicine logistics.Then using appropriate location model to analyze the coverage capacity of logistics center by combining the status of regional,influence factors,and the future development of medicine logistics.Finally,after correction and optimization,the final regional logistics center location is obtained.
