With the continuous development of human society and the increasing prosperity of science and technology,people have more extensive application of knowledge innovation.In order to gain development advantage in the fierce market competition,knowledge-intensive enterprises need to make reasonable use of innovative talents,and they need to adopt a strategy suitable for corporate development,that is,a strategy based on innovative talents development.Company H is a leading talent development and enablement company in the information and communications technology(ICT)industry in China.Company H has been responsible for enabled the ICT talent since its establishment.During the process of promoting talent transformation in the industry,company H is highly recognized by customers.Currently,as 5G,cloud,and Internet of Things(Io T)technologies are driving a new round of industry development,company H is facing huge development opportunities.Company H obviously feels that the number of innovative talent is insufficient,and there is still a large gap in the competency of innovative talent.There is a lack of forward-looking and mechanism support for innovative talent development.Based on the company's strategy,competency model,and theories related to innovative talent development,this paper analyzes the problems of innovative talent development in company H: lack of competency standards for innovative talent development,slow development of innovative talent,and lack of flexibility and innovation in the management mechanism,as a result,the company's requirements for innovative talent in the rapid expansion period cannot be met.To address the innovation talent gap faced by company H,we need to first solve the forward-looking and strategic problems in innovation talent development,and use the SWOT strategic analysis tool to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,and external opportunities and threats of innovation talent development in company H,it is suggested that company H should adopt SO strategy,and formulate the path,strategy,and guarantee measures for implementing the innovation talent development strategy based on the overall strategic goal of company H.This paper concludes that innovative talent development strategy should base on the enterprise strategy,take competency model as a gripper,forming the implementation path and the management system of innovative talent development under the guidance of the strategic goal.The research results of this paper can not only provide useful guidance for the development of innovative talents in H Company in the next three to five years,but also provide reference for the development of endogenous innovative talents in other high-tech companies.
