According to the medium and long-term railway network planning,by 2020,China new high speed railway will reach 13000 kilometers;the investment needed for rail transit industry will be more than 4 trillion.Because of the vast development opportunities,the demand for professional talents will reach 100000.However,the rapid development of Urban rail transit cause the industry talents in short supply.As a famous enterprise in rail transit signal industry,TCT company is the world's fourth and the first in domestic with independent intellectual property rights CBTC core technology enterprises,since established in 2009,the project increase year by year,and now it has big influence in the industry.However,the company also confronts the grim problem of talent shortage,it will affect company's further development.Through examining the recruitment process of TCT company,this study aims to find out the problems in each recruiting process and summarize the methods to achieve the talent goal of the company.In the meanwhile,the conclusion of this paper will give reference to relative companies in the fields and other similar size enterprises,and promote the development.This article is written by using interview method,observe method,case analysis and other methods,to summarize the case problems.This is a complete case story with logical connection,the content is real and representative.After in-depth analysis,and refer to literature and famous scholars,this article put forward some ideas and methods to solve the problems of the system.These measures are helpful to improve the effectiveness of the recruiting work in the company,optimize the company's human resources system process,and at the same time promote the talents strategic goals.Although the set up time of TCT Company is not long,it has experienced turbulent period,depression period,and now has experienced rapid development,and become the industry well-known enterprises.Therefore,the recruiting problems of the human resources department of the company,also reflects the common problems from other similar companies.So the ideas and the methods to solve these recruiting problems can provide a reference for other enterprises.Due to the limited level of the author,the understanding of the recruitment problems and methods to solve the problems may be not so effective,it needs to be continual readjustment in the later work,and through continuously review and study,I'll try my best to explore more effective solutions.
