With the March 11,2015,the State Council issued the "Guidance on the development of public a public space to promote innovation and entrepreneurship" clearly pointed out that to fully implement the party's 18 and eighth II,III,IV Plenum,according to the CPC Central Committee and State Council decision to deploy,innovation and entrepreneurship in order to create a good ecological environment as the goal,to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurial energy of the whole society as the main line,to build public a space,business service platform as the carrier,the effective integration of resources,implementation of integration policies and improve service delivery model,foster a culture of innovation,accelerate the formation of public entrepreneurship and innovation,a lively situation.Our party policy for the first time offers clear support for the Peoples entrepreneurship.In this paper,the feasibility of entrepreneurial companies InnoTREE ITFINCrowdfunding platform for the research,and study this kind of new industry in China and foreign counties.Through PEST analysis of the terms of the policy,economic,social,technological and research the feasibility of setup the platform.And through the SWOT analysis,the platform across the industry strengths and weaknesses and future potential threats were studied.Finally,through study the competitors we are trying to find the way to solve the problems in Crowdfunding industry,and we are trying to setup a new platform with IT technology and finance model,the platform aims to solve the fundamental investment people,financiers and the whole market pain points.
